Anyone know how long from time where title of a book and it's release date is known before they put a record in for a book so we can start placing holds?
They announced the release date for the next Harry Potter book today. (July 21)
I'm not finding the title in the lookup, but last time I was able to get in early enough to get to read the library copy at the same time as all my geeky friends that stood in line to get their copies on release night.
And yes, I do realize this doesn't make me less of a nerd, but at least my copy was free ;)
